Achieve best in class customer experience for our main customer segments, be customer-oriented, stabilize
reliability and create value for customers as well as for SASCO.

Sustainability

Drive decarbonisation in the industry; reducing carbon intensity by 30% (EEOI) until 2030, reach ‘net-zero carbon’ by 2045.
